Sweep several inboxes every hour and alert only on what matters
The founder of ChatPRD runs a Grok Bot chief of staff that sweeps six email inboxes, several Slack workspaces and calendars every hour, archives low priority items and sends only high signal alerts plus a morning briefing.

What they did
The bot replaced an earlier OpenClaw agent and learned her writing voice from sent mail. It runs hourly from 6 AM to 9 PM every day, archiving low priority mail, leaving other items unread, and alerting on high signal events. It also sends a morning briefing, a weekend plan ahead summary and real time alerts.
How it went
The poster says It flagged a spike in website data transfer and judged that it could wait until after a meeting.
Good to know
She finds the default model's writing terse and unnatural and does not let it write high stakes emails. Bots cannot yet join group chats, and routines need explicit setup.
A prompt to try
Every hour between <start time> and <end time>, check <your inboxes>, <your Slack workspaces> and my calendar. Archive low priority messages, leave anything I should read as unread, and message me only when something needs action today, with one line on why. Each morning send a short briefing, and on <day> send a plan for the weekend.
