Add calendar events and lunar date birthdays by chat
A Chinese marketing consultant tested OpenClaw on his own machine and had it add a calendar event from one chat message and set a yearly lunar calendar birthday reminder for his wife.

Check a year of proposed board dates against your calendar

Get a daily action list from email, calendar and shared files
A newsletter writer asked OpenAI dots to get him ready for the next day. It combined his calendar, unanswered emails, promises he had made and files he was tagged in into one to-do list, then set itself up to repeat it every morning.

Guard focus time on the calendar and get a brief twice a day
An xAI employee describes a calendar bot that protects focus blocks, flags conflicts and school-pickup clashes, and drafts moves and invites only after they confirm. A second bot reads their inbox, Slack and meeting notes and sends an 8am and 5pm brief: what affects their team, open follow-ups, and what they need before upcoming meetings.

Give every employee a morning and evening digest
Razorpay's engineering blog says more than 220 employees each run their own isolated Hermes agent. One example reads its owner's Slack, GitHub and Google Workspace, posts a 07:15 morning digest and a 19:00 end-of-day digest to a private Slack channel, and nudges a task tracker every two hours. Any new skill the agent writes for itself can be held for human approval.

Set up an agent identity with mailbox, phone and wallet
A third-party reviewer set up a Cue agent with an invite code. Cue created a Google mailbox for the agent and gave it a US +1 phone number. In that session the number handled voice calls but could not send SMS, and the payment wallet (via Link) worked only with US payment details.
-
Reply to email in your voice, with send approval
A newsletter reviewer connected calendar, docs and drive and asked their Dot to answer a simple email. The reply sounded like them but went out before they could read it, so they then told the Dot to show all outgoing messages first.

Prepare meeting briefs and triage the inbox
In a two-day, 10-task business test, a reviewer scored Dots 9/10 on meeting prep, but a promised visual deliverable was unfinished. Inbox triage scored 7.5/10: priorities were sensible, but it treated an already-resolved issue as still open.
-
Prepare for meetings by finding the right email thread
In an independent 10-task business test, Muse located the relevant email thread without being told which one, drafted questions for an upcoming call, and walked the tester through connecting Google Calendar. The reviewer scored it 10/10, the best result in the test.
