What people do with Grok Bot
-
Sweep several inboxes every hour and alert only on what matters
The founder of ChatPRD runs a Grok Bot chief of staff that sweeps six email inboxes, several Slack workspaces and calendars every hour, archives low priority items and sends only high signal alerts plus a morning briefing.
-
Find subscriptions to cancel and bills worth renegotiating
The founder of ChatPRD runs a Grok Bot that reviews receipts and email for subscriptions to cancel, bills to negotiate and expiring trials; it found an unused gaming subscription and suggested shopping home insurance before renewal.
-
Find proven post ideas and draft X posts for three accounts
A startup founder and his brother used Grok Bot as the research and angle agent behind three X accounts, with a human approving every post. He says the accounts built a large audience over a few months.
-
Turn years of calendar meetings into a tagged contact database
A founder asked Grok Bot to go through ten years of calendar meetings and log every person met into a Notion database with their LinkedIn profile, current role and tags. It worked for hours without stopping.
-
Run account management with daily briefs and promise reminders
A post-sales account manager at SpaceXSI describes a team of Grok Bots, led by a chief-of-staff bot, that preps calls, tracks promises, scans for usage risk and builds a weekly account health view.
-
Run a daily SDR routine that flags risky contacts before outreach
An SDR at SpaceXSI describes a set of Grok Bots, working alongside Cursor agents, that run his morning prospecting, keep the contact sheet and CRM sequences in order, and sort every contact into safe or needs review before anything goes out.
