Questions
The full list is on the home page.
How does the founding price work?
There are 15 shared founding places for the eight packs, plus Crypto Trader's own 10. The founding price runs until 31 January 2027 or until places are taken. A place counts at your first payment. The founding price needs 3 paid months, stays locked for 6 months, then moves to the Premium price.
What support is included?
We run your team for you. Basic support and a human-approved support bot answer how-to questions.
What do I pay separately?
Your platform is billed by its maker. On Grok Bot, that is your Grok Bot plan from X. On Hermes Agent, that is the model provider you choose.
Will a bot send anything without my approval?
Yes, that is the point: your bots post, reply and follow up on their own. You choose what waits for you instead, for example refunds, new clients or anything that spends money.
